For contractors who want more jobs

This is for owners who are good at their trade and want more work coming in, without paying for marketing up front or chasing leads that ten other companies also got.

  • You're starting out and need to fill your calendar
  • You're established and want to grow, or reach new areas
  • You don't have the time or team to run a website and social media
  • You're tired of paying for leads that are sent to several competitors

How it works

We do the marketing, at our cost. You do the work and pay a commission only when a customer we sent becomes a finished job.

  1. Tell us about your business

What you do, the services that matter most to you, and the cities or areas you work in. A short call is enough.

  2. We set up your customer channels

We create a website and social media focused on your services and your areas, and work to get them found on Google. You don't pay for design, hosting, content, ads or SEO.

  3. Customers contact us, and we send them to you

Calls are forwarded to your phone, and messages and form requests reach you by text and email within minutes. Each customer goes to you only.

  4. You do the job, then pay the commission

Each month you tell us which jobs you completed for customers we sent. We check them against our call and request log and invoice the agreed commission. Requests that don't become work cost you nothing.

How we generate your leads

Everything is built and paid for by us, and pointed at the areas you told us you work in.

A local website

A fast, mobile-friendly website for your services in your areas, in English, Spanish or both, built to rank on Google and turn visitors into calls.

Social media

Profiles and posts on the networks your customers use, so people who look for a professional there find one too.

Request handling

A tracked phone number that rings through to you, plus instant text and email alerts for every form and message, all logged.

Exclusive leads

Unlike lead platforms that sell the same request to several companies, each lead we generate goes to one contractor only. You're not racing competitors to call first.

When you pay, and when you don't

You never pay for a lead, so there's no such thing as a bad lead here. You pay a commission on finished work.

You pay a commission on

  • A job you complete for a customer who came through one of our websites
  • Calculated as the agreed percentage of the job value
  • Invoiced once a month, from your report of completed jobs

You pay nothing for

  • Calls and requests that don't turn into a job
  • Quotes the customer turns down
  • Spam, wrong numbers and services you don't offer
  • Websites, hosting, SEO, ads or call tracking

Every call and request is logged with its date and time, so your report and ours always match.

Where the risk sits

With most ways of getting customers, you pay whether or not the phone rings, and whether or not you win the job. Here's how the common options compare.

One simple model: commission on completed jobs

The percentage depends on the trade and the typical job size. It's set in your written partner agreement before the first request reaches you.

What you pay

An agreed percentage of the value of each job you complete for a customer we sent you.

When you pay

Once a month. You report completed jobs, we cross-check them with the call and request log, and send one invoice.

What it never includes

Setup fees, monthly fees, minimums, ad spend, or charges for calls that don't become work.

How long you're committed

Month-to-month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.

What are exclusive leads?

An exclusive lead is a request from a potential customer that is sent to only one company. A shared lead is the same request sold to several companies at once, often three to five or more, which then race to call first and compete on price.

All our leads are exclusive: each request that comes through our websites and social media goes to one contractor only.

Exclusive vs. shared contractor leads

Shared leads are cheaper per lead, but you're one of several companies calling the same person, so fewer of them turn into jobs. Exclusive leads usually turn into jobs more often, because the customer hasn't already been called by your competitors. With our model you also don't pay for the lead itself, only a commission when a lead becomes a completed job.

How much do contractor leads cost?

Most lead services charge for every lead, whether or not you win the job, and many add a monthly subscription. Here there's no cost per lead and no subscription: you pay an agreed percentage of the job value, only for jobs you complete for customers we sent you. The percentage depends on your trade and typical job size, and it's set in writing before the first lead.

Questions partners ask

What exactly do you do?

We find customers for your business. We create and run a website and social media for your services in the areas you work, people contact us through them, and we pass each request to you. You do the job and pay us a commission on it.

Do I need my own website or social media?

No. We create and manage ours. If you already have your own, keep it: ours work in addition and bring you extra customers.

Is it really free to start?

Yes. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum. The only thing you ever pay is the agreed commission on completed jobs.

Do you guarantee a number of customers or rankings?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings or a set number of jobs. That's exactly why you only pay when a job is done.

How do you know which jobs I completed?

Every call and request that comes through our websites is logged with the date, time and customer contact. Each month you report the jobs you completed and we check them against that log. Your partner agreement sets out how records are reviewed.

Whose brand does the customer see?

On the website, our local brand for that service and area. When you call the customer back and do the work, you do it as your own company, with your own license and insurance, and you quote and invoice the customer directly.

Are the leads shared with other companies?

No. Many lead platforms sell the same request to three, five or more companies, and the first to call wins. Each customer who contacts us goes to one professional only: you.

Which areas can you cover?

The ones you tell us you work in, anywhere in the United States. We focus the website and social media on those cities or counties, so the customers who contact us are ones you can serve.

How do customers reach me?

Calls ring straight through to your phone. Messages and web requests reach you by text and email within minutes, with the customer's details and what they need.

How long is the agreement?

Month-to-month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.

How do you handle the customers' privacy?

Every form on our websites and social media tells the customer that their request goes to a local professional, and records their consent. Partners agree to contact customers only about their request and to honor opt-outs right away. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
