What is n8n?
n8n is a workflow automation platform: it connects apps and services through APIs so that an event in one tool, like a new form submission, triggers actions in others, like creating a contact in your CRM and sending a WhatsApp alert. It has hundreds of ready-made integrations, lets you add custom code when needed, and includes AI nodes to build agents that reason over your data.
Its source code is public under a fair-code license, and it can run on your own server, which is how we always deploy it.
n8n vs. Zapier and Make
All three connect apps without building software from scratch. The differences matter as you grow. Zapier and Make bill by tasks or operations, so costs climb with volume. Self-hosted n8n has no per-task or per-execution fees: you pay for the server. Your data stays on that server instead of passing through a third-party cloud, and n8n handles complex logic, custom code and AI agents in a single workflow.

Do I need my own server for n8n?
No. We can install n8n on a server you already have, or set up and manage a private server for you. Either way, it's dedicated to your business.
Can you migrate my automations from Zapier or Make to n8n?
Yes. We rebuild them in n8n, test them side by side, and switch over once they work the same or better.
What if a workflow breaks?
We set up error alerts so we know when something fails, keep backups of every workflow, and fix it. Support is part of the proposal.
Can you automate WhatsApp and text messages?
Yes, with care: automated messages need the customer’s consent and an easy way to opt out. We build both into the workflow, so you stay on the right side of U.S. rules.
