These terms apply when you use nexuswaveagency.com (the “site”), run by NexusWave Digital LLC (“NexusWave”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What this site is
The site describes our partner program for local service businesses and lets you contact us. Information on it is general and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer we are bound to accept or a contract on its own.
2. The partner program
If you join the partner program, a separate written partner agreement governs it, including the commission, what counts as a completed job, payment terms, service area, reporting and how either side can end the relationship. If the partner agreement and this site say different things, the partner agreement prevails.
No guarantees. We don’t guarantee search rankings, a number of leads, calls or sales, or any revenue. Results depend on demand, competition, search engines and how quickly leads are answered, among other things we don’t control. Any examples on the site are illustrative.
3. How you may use the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- send false information, spam, or someone else’s details without their permission;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorized access to the site or its forms;
- use the site to harass anyone or to break any law.
4. Content and trademarks
The text, design, graphics and code of the site belong to NexusWave or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without our written permission. The typeface Archivo is used under the SIL Open Font License.
5. Text message terms
If you agree on one of our forms to receive text messages from NexusWave Digital LLC:
- We’ll text you about your inquiry and, if you become a partner, about your account, including alerts about new customer requests and monthly reports.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Wireless carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will always be available or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NexusWave won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some states don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Liability under a partner agreement is governed by that agreement.
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover NexusWave for claims and costs that arise because you broke these terms or the law while using the site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law of your state requires otherwise. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve it informally.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
12. Language
These terms are available in English and Spanish. If there is a difference between the two, the English version prevails.
